This program has changed my life!!

You can only buy from fitgirls.com and I'd recommend waiting for a sale, they have them fairly regularly.
The Meal plans super easy to follow, just finished my first full week one meal prep but I've been using the recipes for months and they're always delicious and keep me full.

This book is an easy read and was designed to walk you through a 28 day kickstart on eating better. There are decent meal ideas along with general tips for good health
This is a great and fast read. It is highly motivating and encouraging, however if you don't like portion restricting meal plans, you will not like this.

How knew a book about fitness could be this fun to read? I actually learned a lot from this book and look forward to maybe try some of it.
This was truly very fun to read in spite of being a manual. Not what I was expecting at all.
As part of a Jumpstart 28 day challenge, this is the user guide for all people around the world.
This manual is written in a narrative style where the author is fitting an imaginary 'someone' who live in their head. This 'someone' knows a new lifestyle is in due but doesn't quite have the will to do it quite alone.

I had access to this so I thought I'd read it and see what I could get out of it. The book description is very accurate. Beginner friendly girl guide, inspirational, A to Z to get you started if you know nothing about fitness at all, and even if you do. The planning has been done for you. The last half of the book is weekly food planning and recipes. Very thorough. I would highly recommend this to someone who needs everything spelled out for them, workout schedule, meals, everything. Step-by-step meal planning and recipes are super simple. The meals are delicious and will keep you full. Everything from the motivation, inspiration, meals, and substitutions throughout the book are realistic and attainable for the busy 'fitgirl'. So glad I decided to join this community.
Just finished my first 28 days and even though my scale hasn't gone down, I feel healthier and stronger. I'm going to stick with it and do a second round.
I liked the few last pages about preparing the food! I am a bad cook but I would love to give it a try!

So much potential

Ebook

This app has the potential to be the best fitness and healthy living app I have ever used. I would buy this app either separately or in a bundle with the book and I think a lot of others would too!
Please expand the recipes section. Heck I would even be ok with in-app purchases to buy more recipes similar to how the books are set up!
The eBook is very cumbersome to find the recipes and keep flipping back and forth between pages for the substitutions- an option could be to customize a recipe in-app to ensure the portions are correct for the food you like and have access to.
The workout tracker is nice, but it would be great if there were videos or descriptions of each exercise within that section instead of the “samples” section.
The journal could be added to the app too! The eBook version is very difficult to add text/etc on a mobile device.
It would also be a nice function to link the app to instagram so we can post directly from it to join in and track the challenges and expand our fitgirl sisterhood.
Again, I love the current layout of the app and it could be do much more with a few additions!

App needs some work

I love fit girls guide, and the app is pretty good, but it needs some work. It keeps crashing on me. The sign in with faceboook feature is blank, and when I try the other log in option, nothing happens. Nothing happens when I try to reset the password too.

Meh.

One idea for the app is to allow for the guides to be put into the app. That way everything is together.
Another is to make the app more compatible with iPads. I would love to be able to write in the guides with my Apple Pencil on my iPad.
