Hey there, I have a rather bad situation in my hands, and that is downloading a Path radiance ROM. The way I do it, since my desktop doesn't have access to internet, is that I download it on my phone, then pass it over to my desktop so I can play it. However, my phone refuses to download the file. So my question is: does anyone know how I can get the file onto my desktop that doesn't require a computer that has access to internet?
