I have just successfully installed Lotus 123 version 9.5 on a new Windows 10 Laptop (64 Bit). I only installed the spreadsheet.

On my first attempts the install was failing......... I had found the install file on the CD disk, gone into Properties (right click on file) and set the Compatibility as Windows XP SP3 and, was running it as Administrator. It kept failing as it wanted to install on the E: partition on the Hard Disk and wouldn't allow me to send it anywhere else. It would then say there was inadequate disk space and I guessed it just wasn't seeing the disks properly.

So, set compatibility for Windows 98, and ran as Administrator, and this did the trick.
